
The Challenge
MoveMax needed a complete brand identity and a competitive fitness platform from scratch — a web app with user authentication, role-based access control, real-time leaderboards, and a gamified experience that keeps athletes coming back daily. The budget was fixed at €7,300 and the scope was ambitious: 107 distinct UI components.
Our Approach
We started with the brand: logo, color system, typography, and visual language that communicates energy and competition. Then we built the web application as a Firebase SPA with React — authentication flows, role-based dashboards, leaderboard systems, and a component library designed for scale. Every component was documented and reusable.
