The brief
MoveMax needed a competitive fitness web app built from scratch — authentication, role-based access control, real-time leaderboards and a gamified experience that brings athletes back daily — together with the brand to carry it. The scope was ambitious and the price was fixed: 107 distinct UI components for €7,300, with no open meter.
How we built it
We led with the software. The web app was engineered as a Firebase single-page app in React: authentication flows, role-based dashboards, a live leaderboard system and a component library built to scale, every part documented and reusable. Around it we set the brand — logo, colour system and typography — so the product and its identity ship as one coherent piece.
